We’re tracking races across Riverside County, including local results for state and federal elections. Statewide results can be found here.
Initial results are expected shortly after 8 p.m. when polls across the state close. The data on this page will update as results come in from the Riverside County Registrar of Voters (ROV).
In an email to The Riverside Record, the ROV said the first returns are expected at approximately 8:20 p.m., and will include vote-by-mail and vote center ballots received prior to Election Day. A second update, including any vote-by-mail ballots processed after 8 p.m. and any vote center ballots received before 8 p.m., will be posted at approximately 9 p.m.
Throughout the night, the ROV will continue to update results every hour until about 3 a.m. Subsequent updates will be posted by 6 p.m. on days where there are new results to post.
Eligible ballots include all verified vote-by-mail ballots dropped off on Election Day, conditional voter registration ballots and any vote-by-mail ballot delivered by the United States Postal Service postmarked on or before Election Day and delivered to the ROV’s office by June 9.

A note about deadlines and results: While polls are set to close at 8 p.m., locations with lines will remain open until the last person in line by 8 p.m. has voted. Additionally, mail-in, provisional and conditional ballots will continue to be accepted, processed and counted for several days following Election Day. The Riverside County Registrar of Voters has 30 days to certify results of the election.
